Resp for driving best-in-class standrdzd processes & tools to supprt perfrmnce excellence in customer relationship mgr (CRM) pltfrms s/a Salesforce.com. Bachelors or foreign equiv in Business Mgmt, Business Admin, Finance, or rltd fld of study w/ min. 3 yrs of exp in: (i) driving best-in-class standrdzd processes & tools to supprt perfrmnce excellence in customer relationship mgr (CRM) pltfrms s/a SalesForce.com; (ii) performng analysis of pipelin accurcy, pipelin health & determine the accurcy of Territory Total Addressable Markt (TAM) data; (iii) trackng, monitorng & reportng on Key Perfrmnce Indicatrs (KPIs) using dashbrds to drive accountablty & enable effctiv Root Cause Analysis & identfcation of best-in-class practices; (iv) perfrmng business analytics, markt analysis & trends, sales & demand planning, & contingency planning; (v) Microsoft Excel features, incl. macros, VBA, creating dynamic reprts w/ PivotTables, buildng charts/graphs & managing large datasets w/ functions (e.g. IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP); & (vi) utilizng SAM (Strategic Account Mgmt) process & providng analysis & supprt of the process to align w/ integratd business planning (IBP) opportunity plans.
