Job Details:

AHS Residential, LLC is seeking a Shell Engineering Manager in Tucker, GA to assist the Senior Pre-Construction Manager in managing the relationship among several project areas, including engineering, procurement, construction and installation, risk analysis and administration, among others; manage the project’s shell schedule, it’s baseline and subsequent updates; among other duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related (foreign equivalent acceptable), and 60 months experience in job offered or related within the construction industry, including experience with construction engineering technology, codes, standards, plans, and interdependencies of project areas; developing and updating schedules, creating reports and providing analysis; MS Office, AutoCAD; Revit and Bluebeam. All experience, skills and requirements may be gained concurrently. Experience listed must be progressive and gained after Bachelor’s degree.
