Job Details:

Alere, Inc., an Abbott Labs Co., seeks qualified Sustaining Program Manager in Lake County, IL. Oversee end-to-end sustaining program mgmt of on-market changes of Infectious Disease (ID) product portfolio. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Biology, Science, Information Technology, Business, or in a related field of study with at least 5 years of progressive professional medical device manufacturing industry experience. Must possess experience in: (i) project management, establishing project milestones, risk management and mitigation, and leading cross-functional teams; (ii) project management software, including Microsoft Project; (iii) application of project management principles such as Waterfall and Agile timeline management and change management; (iv) creating and implementing program governance procedures, including functional governance strategies, budgeting, and risk management. An EOE. 40 hrs/wk. $100,547 - $170,700/year.
