APFS LLC d/b/a ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Co. seeks qualified Sr Oracle Cloud Tech Consltnt in Chicago, IL & various & unanticipated work locations thruout US. Developing in-depth understanding & insights on Oracle HCM system & client challenges w/ data migration, integration, analytics & extensions. Bachelors or foreign equiv in Comp Sci, Electronics Eng, Business Admin, HR or in rtld fld of study w/ min. 5 years rltd progressive pro work exp. Must possess min. 3 yrs exp in: (i) managing Oracle Cloud deployments, business process integrations & full lifecycle implementations & upgrades; (ii) using Oracle Cloud tools incl HDL, HCM Extracts, BI publisher, OTBI & Fast Formulas for ETL processes & data reporting; (iii) SQL database mgmt & programming languages incl PL/SQL, Python, XSL or equiv; (iv) Oracle PaaS cloud services incl OIC for integrations; (v) leading conversion, integration & extension design & strategy for Oracle Cloud implementations; (vi) 1 or more of following Oracle HCM modules: HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent; & (vii) developing, mentoring or managing teams comprised of functional or tech consultants remotely. Position may require work in various & unanticipated work locations thruout U.S. Telecommunication is permissible. 40 hrs/wk. $127,000 - $165,000/year.
