Job Details:

Integration Consultant – Master for Equifax Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, to lead strategic, cross functional and complex Growth Initiatives in USIS targeted toward achieving overall business objectives as established by BU President. Manage a team of cross-functional program and project managers to identify and execute specific business initiatives, including complex product and capability programs that will drive greater efficiencies and enable growth. Ensures quarterly milestones are established and quickly mitigates ‘at risk’ objectives. Works closely with project leads overseeing the projects aligned with the growth initiatives to help promote delivery consistency, identify critical dependencies and risks and capture project metrics that contribute to the initiative-level dashboard. Apply program management techniques to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables. Create and roll out consistent project management tools and methodologies. Work across our business identifying critical dependencies and risks, mitigate those risks and resolving conflicts through influencing senior leaders. Responsible for orchestrating all of the aspects of end-to-end client implementations for BU clients including contracting, credentialing, client & product activation in corporate/IT/Ops systems, billing, revenue sharing, invoicing and reporting. Responsible for defining scalable, repeatable, sustainable enterprise client implementation processes as well as recommending the structure and systems required to support them. Work with the Business Units and COEs (Marketing, Legal, Security, Ops COEs, IT, Finance) to develop client implementation roadmaps, deliver on the initiatives identified on the roadmaps, identify and mitigate risks, address and resolve issues and ensure adequate overall client experience. Ensure that cycle times and client experience meet or exceed SLAs. Planning, monitoring and managing internal projects and programs including process and project identification, planning and execution. Securing required resources, using formal processes, tools and methodologies to manage project / program resources, budgets, risks and changes. Managing projects to ensure on-time completions according to specification and budget costs. Managing enterprise programs to ensure desired objectives are achieved. Identifying opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency and enable increased growth. Responsible for the centralized administration of the development and execution of related projects/plans that drive overall enterprise growth. Programs include multiple dependent projects that are closely tied to the enterprise strategic goals. Responsible for overall program governance, management, financial management, infrastructure and planning. Oversees change management and influences strategic direction of programs. Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and conducts periodic briefings/status updates.

Requires:

No degree plus eight (8) years of experience as an Integration Consultant or related occupation developing integration strategies and key metrics or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and six (6) years of experience as an Integration Consultant or related occupation developing integration strategies and key metrics. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Lead client implementation teams for large scale financial institutions; Lead large scale transformation projects specific to financial services; Identify project risks and mitigation strategies; Experience managing Profit and Loss Statements; Lead large cross functional/matrix based teams across the organization; Manage and lead revenue growth initiatives; and Enterprise tech systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google Cloud, or Tableau.
