Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Are you a friendly and highly organized individual proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel? We are looking for someone to fulfill the role of Customer Service Associate to be responsible for supporting the sales team's daily work activities. The position involves contacting and responding to our client's inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is genuinely good at problem-solving and is confident at troubleshooting and investigating if enough information is not available to respond to the client's inquiry.


  • Contact clients and potential clients through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax, webinars and seminars to communicate important information and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Collaborate with the sales department and management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings
  • Ensure successful sales closings by entering data into customized software
  • Ensure reporting and communication are frequent and open
  • Keep timely and accurate records of client interactions
  • Maintain contact lists for email marketing and draft educational email newsletters to keep clients abreast of important collection information
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients
  • Maintain and post on social media accounts for the company
  • Ensure legal compliance to all laws applicable to the industry


  • Work experience should include a minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role or 2 years in a customer service role
  • Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Superior knowledge of accessing and using Internet searches and MS Office tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Experience with B2B commerce, desirable
  • Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing tools, desirable
