Duties: 

Analyze RFI/RFQ to develop compelling responses of highly technical nature involving analytical methods and machine learning techniques; perform RFP response/solution proposal for location platform SaaS services; initiate new product development pipeline criteria and document performance of HERE solutions; debug and resolve customers’ issues with prototype solutions using data analysis techniques involving use of software such as Python, AWS Sagemaker ML tool, SQL query-writing, ArcGIS, C++, Python scripting, Tableau, and Big Data tools, including Hive and PostgreSQL; develop API and data interface specifications; handle customer needs internally to ensure internal initiatives reflect customer business and technical requirements using SalesForce CRM; develop and present advanced training to customers for support of new or existing HERE data products and services; and provide testing support for internal and external applications of HERE products and services from development through production and maintenance.

Requirements:               

Bachelor degree in Geography, Computer Science, IT or related ?eld (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience in geolocation platform technologies customization, including map compilation and Web API or, alternatively, a Master’s degree in Geography, Computer Science, IT or related ?eld (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience in geolocation platform technologies customization, including map compilation and Web API. Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): RFP response/solution proposal for location platform SaaS services; customer-facing role; ArcGIS or QGIS; SQL query-writing; C++ and Python scripting; AWS Sagemaker ML tool; Big Data tools, including Hive and Post-Gres; SalesForce CRM; and data visualization using Tableau or PowerBI. 

Salary range: $133,864.00 – $138,000.00/yr.
