Crane Engineering brings together people, products, and experience to help our customers perform better. We are looking for a driven and focused CRP Crew Foreman. The foreman will develop and manage the CRP field installation crew while providing high quality installations of the CRP Group product line.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates and promotes Crane's core values (Act with Integrity and Respect, Foster Teamwork, focus on the Customer, Strive for Excellence and Innovation, Project Passion and Energy and Have Fun).
  • Develops crew and manages workload.
  • Maintains equipment; troubleshoots problems and prepares recommendations for repair or replacement.
  • Works with Field Sales Manager to schedule CRP work.
  • Works to meet performance expectations for turn-around-time on field service jobs.
  • Working with the Account Manager, acts as the project supervisor and customer contact for the project.
  • Follows and ensures compliance with all safety requirements of Crane and the customer.
  • Accurately prepares required customer and Crane documentation.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certified program preferred.
  • Minimum five years related experience and/or training.
  • Considerate and respectful attitude toward both internal and external customers.
  • Positive, forward-thinking with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced workload to meet customer requirements for projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct others.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional and calm manner.
  • Well-organized and self-directed team player.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability of lifting various objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills.
