Job Details:

Macaroons and More LLC (dba Laduree) is seeking an Area General Manager in Aventura, FL to oversee general day-to-day operations of the store and serve as on-call manager for store needs or issues; Interview, hire, train, and develop team members, among other managerial activities.

Requirement:

High School Diploma/GED (foreign equivalent acceptable), plus  24 months of experience in job offered or related industry roles, including experience with French luxury patisseries, bread and viennoiserie; Teaching the following dishes: Pastry, Baking & Dessert French Macaron, Choux Pastry, Croissant; Leading teams across multi-units responsible for baking in house daily; Leading multi-unit team of managers and sales associates; Processing payroll, completing schedules and processing invoices; Toast Point of Sale system; Creating P&L statements, budgets, capital spends, and monthly forecasting; Managing off site storage shipping and receiving; Overseeing inventory for multi-unit distribution; Marketing experience; Working with large quantity special event custom orders; Dietary restrictions and food allergy work place safety; Experience opening new restaurants, including the construction process and permitting.
