Job Details:

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engineer II Assess risks for new products based on formula, packaging, and equipment; Maximize production resource utilization and integrate innovative procedures to boost productivity; Implement process improvements for cost savings through optimized routing and automation; Validate electrical, conveyor specs, machine speeds, and compliance with safety regulations; Collaborate on packaging materials and supplier evaluations for new products; Develop cost effective production processes with cross-functional teams; Validate the production schedule with Cell Managers and address inquiries. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Software Engineering req’d. Travel 2x/yr to Dominican Republic req’d.
