INVISTA is seeking a HR Professional to join our Texas intermediates team. The Senior HR Generalist role will provide support and guidance for our Chemical Intermediates Operations site in Orange, Tx. This position reports directly to the HR Manager.

Work with business and operations to provide HR Generalist support including compensation reviews, recruitment, employee relations, talent planning, etc to facilitate growth objectives.
Coordinate with various capabilities and businesses to determine staffing needs related to projects and expansions.
Create partnerships with managers and supervisors, while promoting positive employee relations.
Facilitate principled based decision making with supervisors around disciplinary actions.
Help to grow and advance Market Based Management culture with managers and employees

Provide, on an as needed basis, full lifecycle recruitment support starting from requisition creation through screening, interviewing, orientation and on-boarding.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or related field.
7+ years HR Generalist experience.
Experience in MS Office Software (MS Word document creation/editing, Excel spreadsheet creation/editing, data entry and analysis, and PowerPoint presentation creation/editing).
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
PHR or SPHR certification.
Experience with analyzing data and make recommendations to management.
Previous HR Generalist experience in chemical or petrochemical industry.
